Automated sourcing assistant
If you use our sourcing assistant, the product description and follow-up details you enter may be processed by a third-party artificial intelligence provider to prepare preliminary guidance. Continuing to a request form saves a temporary draft for up to 24 hours; submitting the form saves the reviewed intake with your request. Authorized staff may use reviewed product requirements to research public supplier information and retain source evidence and review history in the related project. Other assistant services may offer a separate public discovery search. These tools help prepare requests and research; staff review supplier options before sharing recommendations with you. They do not make final eligibility, payment, supplier, or service decisions.
Cookies and similar technology
We use essential cookies to keep customers and administrators signed in and to support security and website operation. We use Cloudflare Turnstile on selected forms to help distinguish legitimate visitors from automated abuse. Turnstile may process browser, device, network, and interaction signals needed to provide this security check. Hosting logs may be used to diagnose problems and understand website performance. If we introduce non-essential analytics or advertising cookies, we will update this notice and provide choices where required.
When information may be shared
